Rich is a leading expert in Dynamic Food Procurement and short supply chains. His belief that food procurers can ‘change the world’ has underpinned his leadership of EM since 2013.

Rich’s 30 year career in commercial, management and leadership roles began at Procter & Gamble where he led a $Billion business across 27 countries.

SUPPLY CHAIN DIRECTOR

Ben has over ten years experience in short food supply chain management and dynamic food procurement. He leads projects internally and with clients focusing on software design and client programmes.

Ben's background includes leadership roles in market research, logistics, and culinary arts, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of food production and a commitment to industry-wide transformation.

COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR

Charlie is dedicated to building innovative partnerships, identifying and working with stakeholders to implement dynamic food procurement practices.

Charlie’s career has centred around supporting societal development and she has had the privilege of working as a senior leader in the public sector, focusing on areas like social housing, planning, and sustainability services.
