Our Work.
We work across public and private organisations to deliver solutions
We work across all areas of the catering sector, advising and supporting clients with expert consultancy and innovative digital technology to transform food supply chains. Our work includes collaborating with Group Purchasing Organisation Entegra to deliver the ground‑breaking Buying Better Food and Drink Framework for the Crown Commercial Service, and partnering with the Soil Association to deliver the Food for Life Supply Chain+ programme — driving quality, sustainability, and transparency from producer to plate.
We actively contribute to shaping public policies
We provide insights and recommendations to regulatory and governmental entities in the UK food strategy domain. We have worked with organizations such as the Crown Commercial Service (CCS), National Advisory Boards, The Department for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA), The Ministry of Defence (MoD), The Ministry of Justice (MoJ), NHS Supply Chain, as well as many schools and universities. The National Food Strategy referred to our work and recommends Dynamic Food Procurement as a result.
We foster collaborations
We work with and support associations representing farmers and producers, including prominent names such as The National Farmers’ Union (NFU), The Soil Association, Farming and Wildlife Advisory Group (FWAG), Pasture for Life (PfLA), and the Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board (AHDB).
We work in partnership
Our partnerships extend to diverse food networks spanning all regions of the UK. Notable examples include North East Sustainable Food Alliance (NESFA), Yorkshire Food Networks, Oxford Good Food, Brighton and Hove Albion Food Network, Bristol Food Network, and several others.
We establish connections
We connect with governmental bodies both in the UK and abroad, spanning multiple markets across Europe, and even as far as Tasmania.
